PARKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Please park on Level Three (3) of the MSCP ONLY.

2. The Management accepts no responsibility for any theft, damage and misdemeanour however caused to the vehicle and its contents whilst in our premises. The vehicle is parked entirely at your own risk.

3. Please observe speed limit and all traffic regulations when driving in the estate. Traffic rule violators may be reported to the authorities for follow-up action.

4. No overnight parking from 12 midnight till 6am.

5. Unauthorized parking will be wheel clamped and an adminstrative of S$250.00 subject to GST will be imposed to release the wheel clamp. An additional fee of S$50.00 subject to GST will be chargeable per day if the wheel clamp fees is not paid.
