2. All visitors must leave the estate's compound by 12.00 midnight each day. No overnight parking is allowed without authorization from the Management.

3. The wheel clamp or immobilizer device may be released upon cash payment of $150.00 per day (excluding GST) by the owner or driver of the offending vehicle. Additional fee of S$50 (excluding GST) will be charged for every additional day of parking.

4. All vehicles parked in the estate are at the owner's own risk. The Management shall not be responsible or liable for any thefts, loss, damage and action, proceeding claims, suits or other misdemeanor caused to the vehicles and/or their contents.

5. By furnishing the MCST 3945 with you personal data in this registration, the Management hereby confirm that you have read and consent to the collection, use and disclosure of these data for security, safety and other purposes as set out in the Management Corporation's Privacy Policy Statement issued in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Act 26 of 2012) (the "PDPA").
