PARKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. This parking slip is non-transferable and valid for ONE (1) day only (refers to time of visit up to 2.00am)

2. Overnight parking is chargeable at S$4.00 (including 7% GST), payable at the Security Guard House.

3. Visitors including deliverymen, contractors, authorized agents must park their vehicle(s) in designated visitor parking lots only. (Open space carpark behind Blk 78-82 or Basement 1 visitor parking lot no. 1 - 12 near Clubhouse lobby).

4. Vehicle will be WHEEL CLAMPED for unauthorized parking and/or non-compliance of the rules and regulations. An Adminstration Fee of $107.00 (including 7% GST) is chargeable for the release of wheel clamp.

5. The vehicle owner shall be responsible for any damage caused to the common property and bear all costs incurred by the Management for making good of the damaged property.

6. All vehicle(s) parked in the estate are at the driver's own risk. The Management and its agent(s) shall not liable for any theft, damage or other misdemeanour caused by the vehicles and/or their contents.
