Rules & Regulations on Car Park Usage: 

1. VISITOR PARKING IS RESTRICTED TO MULTI-STORY CAR PARK (LEVEL 3 & ABOVE).

2. Visitor Slip MUST BE PROMINENTLY DISPLAYED on the car dashboard at all times when in the car park.

3. "Strictly No Overnight Parking allowed. (if need to park beyond 11.59pm / or overnight, please obtain approval from the Management, through the security guards)."

4. Vehicles found parking in non-designated location will be WHEEL-CLAMPED.

5. All motor vehicles parked in the Condominium will be at Subsidiary Proprietor's / Visitor's risk. The Management shall not be held liable for any theft, damage or other misdemeanour caused to the vehicles and / or their contents.
