• Please park at the designated visitors’ lots or car park lots assigned by the security guard.

• The wheels of your vehicle will be immobilized by wheel clamp should you fail to park in a designated or assigned car park lot.

• Parking at driveways, non-designated parking areas or in a manner which obstructs the free flow of traffic will result in the immobilisation of your vehicle without further reference to you.

• Wheel clamp release fees: $150.00 (Subjected to 7% GST)

• Overnight parking is only allowed unless you preregister with the Management Office during operational hours. This will be subject to the approval of the Management Office.

All vehicles are parked at owners’ risk. The Management Corporation Strata Title Plan No. 2900 or its representative shall not be responsible for any damage and /or loss suffered to the vehicle and /or its contents while the vehicle is parked in the condominium premises.

Kindly ensure your vehicle is locked and all valuable secured and out of plain view.

The Management Corporation Strata Title Plan No. 2900 or its representative is authorized to deny entry to any vehicle at its discretion.
