THINGS TO NOTE:

1. NO Parking at the sheltered drop off point.

2. NO Parking at the handicapped lots.

3. NO Overnight parking unless authorised by the Management.

4. In the event where there are insufficient car park lots left for the residents, the visitors are to park their vehicles outside the development upon request from the security officers.

5. Offenders will have their vehicle wheel-clamped. Release fee of $107.00 is payable for the release of the wheel-clamp.
