Parking Terms and Conditions: 

1. VISITORS are to park their vehicles at Basement B1 Lots #25 to #34 or B2 Lots #147 to #161.

2. CONTRACTORS are to park their vehicles at Basement B1 Lots #35 to #45 or B2 Lots #197 to #208.

3. Do not park along the driveway.

4. Do not park at non-designated spaces or resident's parking lots.

5. Handicap lots are strictly meant for vehicle bearing the official handicap sign.

6. Contractors / Visitors are not allowed to wash your vehicle within the estate premises.

7. All vehicles parked in the estate are at the owners' own risk and The Management is not liable for theft, vandalism, misdemeanour or any other damages / losses caused to the vehicles and / or their contents.

8. Overnight and short-term parking is chargeable at $20/day.

9. Vehicles may be clamped without notice if found parking in unauthorised place / resident parking lots or causing obstruction. Wheel clamp release fee is $200 payable in cash (excl. GST).
